Marathon recently completed a design and construction contract for GLA’s at St Stanislaus, a Catholic day and boarding school for boys located in Bathurst. The scope of the project included the construction of a four-classroom building with a connecting corridor adjacent to the existing two-story building. The design of these new facilities incorporates expansive breakout areas and versatile classrooms to cultivate inspiring and contemporary learning environments.
What sets Marathon apart is our sustainable and modular construction techniques, which aim to minimise environmental impact and ensure efficient and timely construction. By using our modular construction method, the project had minimal disruption on the campus, ensuring that students had an enhanced learning experience, with minimal disruption.
