Manning Valley Anglican College

Marathon was commissioned by Manning Valley Anglican College to provide design services and documentation for a new building project. The scope of work included the design of an 8 Classroom Modular Classroom building and amenities, with a connecting corridor through the centre.

Key services provided by Marathon as part of the scope of work included:

- Architectural design package for submission for the Design Development & CDC, encompassing Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, 3D renders, and flythrough.

- Design development of the drawings in preparation for the building contract, which involved refining the project brief to determine specific spatial requirements, defining functional relationships of the project with the rest of the site, creating preliminary massing, sketches, and drawings to illustrate the project layout, developing preliminary high-level plan and elevations, and providing ‘possible look and feel’ options to engage with potential material, finishes, colours, size, flow, and feel of the project.
