Marathon was delighted to partner with The City of Canada Bay Council to design and deliver a new 735m2 Sports Amenities Building as part of the $6.7M Majors Bay Reserve Sporting Precinct Upgrade.
The contract included building design, engineering, internal services, foundations, connecting all building services to in-ground services, interior fitout, specialised access fittings, commissioning and completion.
The building consisted of the following;
- Two sets of home and away from change rooms
- Players run
- Committee room
- Kitchen with servery
- An outdoor area and walkways
- Medical room
- Referees room
- Public amenities
- Council and Club storerooms
The design brief was a state-of-the-art facility that meets Football NSW National Premiers League (NPL) 2 guidelines and supports the new Synthetic Field and Grandstand.
