Marathon recently delivered a new two-storey learning facility for repeat client, Charlton Christian College. The state-of-the-art facility encompasses a range of spaces, including computer rooms, music rooms, and general learning areas, and even features a lift for accessibility.
The exterior of the building is adorned with stunning timber cladding, adding a touch of elegance while seamlessly blending into the surrounding environment. This design choice enhances the aesthetics and gives the structure a permanent look that complements the college’s vision.
Set amongst a typically Australian landscape, with gum trees dotting the surroundings, Marathon successfully delivered this project without disrupting the school’s daily activities. This accomplishment underscores the many advantages of utilising modular construction for educational institutions.
